The consolidation of mobile connectivity and the user’s digital experience have transformed our clients’ consumer habits. A growing number of users are requesting services with just a click. Consequently, digital economy is taking us towards new models that generate different consumer experiences characterized by ‘here-now-for me and my friends.’ This is on-demand economy, a new model that requires companies to be flexible, to rethink their supple chain, decentralized production, new employment models, among others.

This Mobile Talks Café will bring together, in the course of a relaxed conversation, all the key elements of on-demand economy: What impact do these models have on my business model? What opportunities and threats do they present? Which is the implementation process and which are some examples of success stories?

We invite you to discover the triggers of change that propel this new economy forward, its relation and implication with consumer behavior, as well as the key role of new hiring models and human capital management models. To that end, we will count with the participation of actors who are leading today’s business ecosystem.
